Mindful Relaxation Class
Deeply relaxing and perfect for relieving stress and anxiety. This 40 minute class is running on Zoom so you can have your video on or off and chat to myself and others or choose to remain completely anonymous. Whatever is more comfortable for you is good with me.
This class is designed for you to take time out of life to rest, reset and refresh. A time when you don't need to answer to anybody or anything.
A beautiful blend of guided meditation and mindfulness tools that sooth you into a wonderfully relaxed space where all of your worries and stresses can drift away.

Hypnotherapy
A conversation with the unconscious mind is such a gift. On a day to day basis we communicate mainly with our conscious minds and when stress or depression get involved it can often feel like we have a washing machine head. A head that's so busy we cant think straight let alone make an informed decision. Imagine being able to bypass that busy head and give voice to the calm, resourceful unconscious mind. Hypnosis enables us to do just that. Every client I have worked with over the past 13 years has had a positive hypnotic experience with me and the majority 'awaken' saying the word 'wow'. (and not because I've hypnotised them to 🙂 )
You can use hypnosis as a simple de stress reliever or we can work together over multiple sessions to make profound, positive life changes.

The Mind Sanctuary is a programme of simple techniques designed to help calm our minds and bodies.
So many people are being diagnosed with anxiety, stress and depression these days that it is essential we learn how to manage the stresses of the modern world.
All classes and workshops are a blend of Holistic and therapeutic training.
Ancient meditation, mindfulness, EFT, NLP and hypnotherapy are blended together to create a simple and unique, mind calming programme.
